CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS FOR PERMIT

Most residential and commercial designs require a permit for construction. I can provide a standard set of 5-8 full scale drawings that are required for the permitting process. Depending on the the scope and size of your project, I will work with you to get the quickest turnaround possible. Your drawings will include a Title Sheet, Existing Floorplan, New Floorplan, Reflected Ceiling Plan, Power and Demolition plan, and Finish Schedule, based on the information given.
